The organising committee of Sydney Worlds 2000 commissioned Rich Edwards in the US to develop a Tab System for their Championships.  The system was handed over to Glasgow 2001 and to Worlds Council for future use.

As Chair of Worlds Council I received a copy of the system used in Glasgow but no documentation on how to run the system.  Also as many people know there were well documented problems with the Tabs in both Sydney (only top 80 individuals published) and Glasgow (Results had to be generated 3 months late by hand).
